Job Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in concept art design in game or film industries;
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in the video game industry; 2 years of Art Direction experience, especially realistic art style;
• Must have shipped a minimum of 1-2 AAA games;
• Good Knowledge of Photoshop and 3D software (e.g. 3DS Max); Master in realistic art style;
• Ability to revise the work done by others and suggest improvements if necessary;
• Outstanding creativity and design capability, qualified to lead the breakthrough of art team in the fields of art innovation and concept design;
• Excellent artistic judgement with international mindset;
• Be active and highly self-motivated in responsible design work;
• Understanding of art fundamentals and artistic culture;
• Great communication (in both Chinese & English) and presentation skills combined with a positive attitude;
• Natural curiosity and creativity with the ability to explore new ideas and learn from others.

Key account managers are the key liaisons with the customers after the business is secured, and play a pivotal role in customer retention and expansionof our product offerings to them.

Job description:

• Prepare quotations to customers promptly and proactively follow-up on the outcome.

• Process customer orders, plan, schedule deliveries and prepare shipping documentation.

• Attend to customer enquiries/complaints/feedback.

• Provide effective communication and co-ordination for customers

• Plan & prepare purchase requisition to Purchasing/Procurement.

• Ensure all risk buy are authorized by management.

• Expedite Purchasing/Procurement/Sourcing for inward deliveries from suppliers.

• Prepare and issue work orders to Store for assembly and packaging work.

• Follow up with Procurement/Purchasing for First Article samples.

• Liase with QA dept for First Article report

• Conduct high level sales presentations and negotiate with customers key decision-maker to provide comprehensive service package

• Forecast business and market needs to address customer demand

• Ensures customer satisfaction including prompt dealing with customer requirements

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years sales experience in similar industry

• Min. Diploma holder in Engineering or business related fields

• Well versed with Microsoft Office

• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be advantageous, but not required

• Responsible, independent and fast learner

• Pleasant disposition and team player

• Must possess good interpersonal skills and good communication skills

• At least 3 years of procurement and tender experience in the Healthcare industry.
• Able to handle and understand contract legal terms.
• Proactive with a keen eye for detail.
