• Managing stocks for M&E spare parts, electrical works, sanitary and tracking of stock level.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct overseas site evaluations and assess engineering designs for Solar (PV) and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across all project stages.
• Provide PV system proposal for Sales team
• Assist the QS team for BOM of the engineering design.
• Lead the development of Microgrid solar projects, working closely with subcontractors to ensure construction is up to expectations.
• Create the electrical design layout, electrical single-line diagram, panel schedule for project installation
• Follow through on the detailed engineering phase with chosen partners, ensuring adherence to Technical Specifications and relevant legal requirements as per contract requirements
• Offer technical insights for Operation & Maintenance (O&M) activities, such as developing O&M manuals and setting up solar monitoring systems.

Job Requirements:

• Comprehensive understanding, technical expertise, and practical involvement in the design and construction of off-grid solar electrical projects with BESS.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or energy engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering field.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles in AC, DC systems.
• Knowledge and involvement in HV transmission lines (AC or DC), HV substations design, construction, operation, and maintenance is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Capability to work independently, collaboratively within a team, and willingness to travel.
• Proficient in English, with effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to converse in mandarin with supplier is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Corporate Development is positioned within the CEO's Office, with a primary focus on driving organization-wide initiatives that are strategically aligned with long-term growth and future opportunities.

The role supports the Head of Corporate Development across various functions, including strategic planning, project management, research, writing, and administrative tasks. The incumbent will collaborate closely with the Leadership Team, internal departments, and external strategic partners on key organizational initiatives and projects.

The ideal candidate should possess strong strategic thinking capabilities, excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion in all aspects of the role.

Responsibilities

Project Management 

• Provide full-spectrum project management support to the Head of Corporate Development, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, facilitate effective stakeholder engagement, and smooth execution through careful planning, coordination, and monitoring
• Work with CEO's Personal Assistant to organize, prioritize and manage CEO's evolving schedule and responsibilities using judgement and discretion against organization-wide goals and deadlines

  • Activating NVPC's Corporate Purpose

Strategy and Partnership Support 

• Stay updated with NVPC's vision, mission and strategic goals through regular communication with Leadership Team and participation in discussions
• Support the execution of key initiatives that contribute to the overall organisational success, ensuring a seamless connection between strategic priorities and day-to-day operations
• Identify, develop, manage and optimise partnerships that drive mutual value, align with the company's strategic objectives, and foster long-term relationships with key external stakeholders

Engagement and Communications Support

• Conduct research and prepare materials, including briefings, talking points, presentations, and proposals, to support CEO's engagements with key internal and external audiences
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of materials
• Ensure effective communication within the organisation to align key stakeholders and departments
• Draft, edit, and proofread strategic communications (e.g., speeches, LinkedIn posts) for internal and external audiences, and serve as a key liaison with internal/external stakeholders

Others

• Undertake other tasks and duties as assigned by the CEO / Head of Corporate Development to support strategic objectives

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Management or related fiel
• Ideally possess at least 2-5 years of relevant experience supporting or working with senior management
• Strong project management skills, with a proven track record in coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering complex org-wide initiatives on time
• Superior research, analytical, planning, organizational skills, and detail-orientation
• Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across teams and in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and exercise mature professional judgment
• Effective, versatile and action-oriented with strong interpersonal and influencing skills

About the Role:

This position is an integral part of the team and is mainly responsible for Financial Reporting, Planning & Analysis and Treasury functions. He/she need to also perform other duties, ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned.

Roles and responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Prepare actual and budget/forecast financial reporting and presentation, including improve the template when needed.
• Perform variance analysis and document commentaries on financial results for the respective business and operation units.
• Partner with business teams to support business decisions & strategy.
• Ensure each business and operation units costs are being forecasted and accounted properly for before month end close.
• Assist to manage outsource service provider related to month end reporting package.

Intercompany transactions Management

• Ensure agreements are in place and maintain inter-co agreement listings up to-date.
• Update intercompany recharges template for corporate function.

Treasury Matters

• Support in preparing daily cash flow report.
• Manage hedging operations, evaluation, and monitoring of daily rates.
• Support in other Treasury matters.

Others

• Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, internal control procedures and accounting policies.
• Review existing processes and drive for continuous improvements.
• Perform other duties, ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned.

• At least 3 years of financial reporting experience in MNC environment.
