Intern - Quality Assurances & Quality Control Administrator

ARYZTA Singapore is a multinational company, supplying buns and other baked products to QSR restaurants and other wholesale customers. We currently have a position open for an Intern - Quality Assurances & Quality Control Administrator.

Your duties will include:

1. Administer all Quality Assurances data and documents into the system
2. Assist in product evaluation and analysis of project samples to complete the projects to validate/change the process.
3. Assist with product (R&D samples) evaluation to complete shelf life evaluation and compute data (physical measurement).
4. Assist in finished products inspection to ensure the quality of finished products complies with APMEA and clients' expectation
5. Support related departments, for example, the Product Development team, with tasks/projects as assigned.
6. Input QA data and update QA reports by modifying and developing specifications.
7. Provide support with the Product Monitoring program- Moisture test, calibration, Bun Sensory Evaluation etc
8. Attend store visits, vendor audits, photo shoots etc., as necessary.
9. Assist with any other tasks/projects as assigned
10. Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

· ITE/Degree/Diploma Holder Food Science & Technology Studies or equivalent

· No Working Experience Required. Students are welcome.

The Role

Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, you will play an important role in the financial accounting and financial reporting process.

You will work in a regional, driven and innovative team to contribute to the production of new, clean energy sources that are ultimately helping to improve energy efficiency and reduce emissions.

Role Summary

• Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the general ledger.
• Oversee the closing and preparation of the monthly management accounts.
• Review financial reports by the respective in-country finance team.
• Supervise the regional finance team for all tax, audit, corporate secretary, and compliance matters.
• Provide support for all improvements relating to the company's policies and procedures
• Provide support in projects to integrate and set up new entities as well as system upgrades

The Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or CPA or ACAMS qualifications.
• International public accounting experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the Commodity/ Manufacturing/ Logistics industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal / written communication skills in Mandarin to communicate with stakeholders

Job Summary

The incumbent will contribute to the delivery of quality service to our clients and business partners by providing professional advisory service in the areas of insurance and liquidity planning. The incumbent needs to generate profitable client referrals to Lioner by engaging and servicing our partners and clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent engagement with clients and partners in developing robust and sustainable referral relationships
• Build up ongoing development of new client relationships to ensure a balanced referral source portfolio
• Provide professional and quality advice to clients on their liquidity planning and insurance needs
• Achieve annual target of net revenue or an amount agreed upon during the annual review
• Fulfill full compliance to our internal compliance policies as well as applicable regulatory requirements
• Submit new business documents timely and accurately
• Provide quality ongoing service to existing policyholders by conducting annual policy reviews in a timely manner
• Support other team members in client meetings, medicals and presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above from Finance or related discipline
• Valid MAS licence required. Candidates who are not currently licensed will need to obtain a MAS licence upon commencement of employment
• Minimum 10-15 years’ working experience in sales and/or relationship management experience preferably in the insurance or banking industry
• Proactive, self-motivated, self-disciplined with integrity and commitment to serving the clients’ need
• Strong relationship development/management, communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work under extreme deadlines
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin. Proficiency in Cantonese a plus
