Purpose and Scope:

The AVP/Senior Principal C&S Engineer plays a pivotal role as a Project Lead to a project; the PE is responsible for the design and supervisory work, and any combination of Civil & Structural engineering work. Leadership & team management:

Work experience, skills, and education requirements
