As a Supply Chain Management Associate in our company, you will:

Procurement & Vendor Management:

• Source and manage suppliers for components, products, and services in line with company requirements and the timely delivery of goods.

Reporting to the Head of Investment, you will be responsible for proactively manage its investment portfolio to achieve the company's strategic objectives and commercial returns. You will support in formulating and implementing investment strategies to support existing funds and create new funds. You will contribute to recommending and implementing asset plans and strategies to enhance value and returns, manage risk, and meet return targets.

You will also be securing pipeline assets for the fund and maintain a close network of business contacts with relevant market players, consultants, investors, and third-party property managers. Requirements:
