The head of compliance will be polished and articulate leader capable of leading a team of at least 10 people covering all aspects of FCC, onboarding and trade monitoring dealing with the MAS and facilitating business growth from a compliance perspective.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience post-qualification is a must
• At least 5 Experience working as a compliance officer in a Private Bank or Wealth division within a Bank
• A commercially driven individual capable of working with the business to support growth is a must
• Ability to articulate cases on behalf of the business to the MAS
• Polished and credible individual
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Preferred Chinese speaker as a large portion of the Bank AUM comes from China HNW Individuals
