Primary responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and coordinating Sea Export shipments.
• Ensure customer requirements are met and documentation is accurate and precise.
• Ensure Fully Compliance on Workplace Safety & Health Procedure
• Ensure completing the task or duties assigned with accuracy by continuously monitoring and managing costs, timelines and service quality.

Duties:

• To ensure accurate and timely production of relevant export documentation and declarations (eg. HB/L, MBL, manifest, pre-alerts), customs declaration, Trade-net operations.
• Perform general shipping functions including system data entries.
• Coordinating and resolve shipment issues
• To communicate efficiently with customers, shipping lines, transport team, trucking partners and overseas offices in order to ensure smooth pickup/ delivery of the shipments.
• Ensure customer requirements are meet, customers are up-to-date on their orders and documentation is accurate and precise.
• To ensure related charges are billed and collected timely from the consignee or its agent
• Ensure all transactions are handled in an accurate, complete and timely manner
• To effectively follow up with warehouse/oversea offices on any short-landed, damaged or discrepancy cargo
• Answering to customer's inquiries and handling customer's complaints.
• Preparing of payment vouchers, verification of vendor costings, closing of all shipment files and filling of documents.
• To liaise with ocean carriers and master co-loaders on shipment booking and checking on schedule, space and equipment availability

Requirements:

Team Introduction

The Global Payment team of Bytedance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage fraud risk from payment channel risk management perspective, detailed risk types including payment fraud, account takeover risks and more.
• Proactively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to reduce PSP and issuer risk rejections and improve the payment acceptance ratio.
• Work with PSPs and card schemes to develop and implement effective risk solutions, enhancing overall risk management capabilities.
• Conduct comprehensive fraud risk assessments for payment integration projects, covering risk types, exposure, mitigation measures, and solutions. Oversee the implementation and ongoing maintenance of channels from a risk management standpoint.
• Track and monitor channel risk exposure, detect abnormal user behavior, and take necessary actions to mitigate identified risks.
• Develop and implement risk solutions based on emerging risk patterns through collaboration with strategy, product, tech, and customer service teams.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Solid risk management knowledge and skills, familiar with risk assessment and risk control methods and processes.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, able to work closely with business departments and other relevant departments.
• Proficient in data analysis and statistical techniques, with advanced skills in SQL; Python knowledge is a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, able to solve problems independently and complete tasks on time.
