Cleared Collateral Management is a part of Margin, Collateral & Valuations Operations (MCVO) which sits within the Global Banking & Markets division. The primary objective of the department is the mitigation of counterparty credit risk through the active monitoring of clients’ derivatives, prime brokerage, GS execution & clearing, derivatives clearing and securities financing portfolios.

The team manages a wide range of complex processes with members developing knowledge and skills around derivative & equity products. The role will involve close interaction with a wide range of areas within Goldman Sachs including Credit Risk Management, Legal and Compliance, Sales, Trading, Controllers, Middle Office, Client Representatives, Client Clearing Services and other Operations Departments. • Senior FSM is responsible for ensuring full compliance with fire safety regulations and maintaining all fire safety systems. • Negotiate contracts and ensure agreements align with company revenue objectives.
• Meet or exceed monthly and yearly event sales targets.

Event Planning and Coordination

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from the inquiry stage through event completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including catering, banquet operations, and audiovisual, to ensure smooth event execution.
• Oversee event details, including menus, layouts, timelines, and special requests, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Conduct site inspections and showcase event spaces to prospective clients.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client communications in the CRM system.
• Provide timely reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Assist in creating marketing materials and packages for event sales promotion.

Job Description

Administrative Matters

• Prepare inventory listing of the pastry & production team and submit to the Account Department
• Maintain pending GRN Invoice on the Procurement System
• Vet through orders for the Production Team from the restaurants and ensure request are categorized accordingly
• Prepare petty cash claims
• Any other adhoc administrative duties as required

Logistics-related Matters

• Ensure food tags, menu cards and time stamp are printed before food delivery
• Ensure stock check is conducted and items below par level are submitted for order
• Checking of the Sales Order System and ensure function orders are printed out for the drivers and kitchen team
• Booking of delivery drivers for adhoc deliveries

Certification-related Matters

• Ensure implementation of Food Safety System and ISO22000 (forms recording, equipment temperature checks, etc)
