Main Purpose

Ensure that cargoes and storage facilities are financed in a timely manner and that the risks (other than market exposure) to which the group is exposed are properly analysed, monitored, mitigated and laid off. Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board
• At least 7 years of marine civil design experience in a large-scale project.
• Good knowledge in international and domestic standards for design work.
• Experience in marine structure D&B plant project and overseas ODA project is an added advantage.
