Job Summary

An independent contributor role who is willing to learn and responsible to support, plan, develop, implement, integrate, deploy and test IT Security solutions and architectures that meet the client needs. This role will work closely with product vendors to ensure customer infrastructure is in good condition, handle patching process and maintain the IT security components. Job Holder’s Specifications

· Degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or equivalent (Fresh Grad who is willing to learn may apply);

· Minimum 3years of relevant work experience in IT security implementation and operations;

· Knowledge in Software Architecture, security design, Application layer of programming knowledge, understanding typical software development cycle, Basic knowledge on Complier/Linker do on application build in high level and basic knowledge on CI/CD and DevOps;

· Good to have knowledge for application hacking methodologies;

· Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skill;

· Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills with fluent English and Mandarin.

• You will lead the Finance team in the formulation of financial plans (budgets and projections) and management reports, drive financial modelling and cost analytics to provide insights and make recommendation to meet strategic and fiscal sustainability objectives.
• You will ensure that statutory reporting and financial audit deliverables are met, and to partner with cross-functional Risk teams to establish a robust and effective internal control framework in the organisation.

Job Responsibilities*

• Lead the Finance team in the monthly and year end close financial reporting, statutory audit and compliance responsibility.
• Lead and drive efficient and effective annual budget and projection activities with all key stakeholders, provide insightful analysis and recommendation to guide senior management teams to make informed decision making to operationalise strategies.
• Conduct regular process review and simplification to the budget and accounting close processes, as well as reporting activities to achieve both Finance operational excellence and quality goals.
• Maintain oversight and management of subvention/capitation funding matters of the organisation, and partner with the organisation stakeholders to prepare effective case proposition and funding approval requests or its refinement, to address or alleviate the organisations sustainability concerns.
• Maintain oversight and carry out periodic reviews on the the organisation financial risk register, and to partner with Risk teams to ensure effective internal controls and governance framework are in place in the organisation.
• Assist or lead in ad-hoc projects.

Requirements*

• Degree in relevant Business or Finance disciplines
• Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience with at least 8 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Relevant working experience in healthcare, with knowledge in health finance and economics is preferred, and experience in digital transformation or digital application in business finance is an advantage
• Strong people management skills and track record in developing and leading effective teams through change management, and/or new set-up or reorganisation
• Possess in-depth financial knowledge across financial accounting, planning and analytics as well as enterprise risk management
• Proficiency in SAP (FI-CO, MM) or S4/HANA, MS Office applications and data visualization tools.

Customer Master

• To check the necessary details in customer entry form which fill up by sales team.
• To review sales view to map up the respective division.
• Input incoterm and Tax classification and check the payment term is correct.
• Mapping customer code - Sold to/Ship to and End customer

RMA Credit Manangement

• Generate Return DO, credit notes.
• Download from NERP Return listing to process sales adjustment.
• Verification and liaison with Technical team, Sales team and DSK team.
• Update/ Issue Return PO.
• Verification the credit amount with DSK.

Account Receivable

• Review all SSC-IBM submissions of AR clearing for accuracy.
• Follow up Customers/ AR weekly matching report Dispute - liaise with sales team.
• Review all SSC-IBM upload result after reconciliation.
• Prepare annual AR MBO plan.
• Reconcile weekly forecast fund and actual incoming fund statement
