• Monitoring of Early Warning Signal (EWS) and analysis of the alerts received with specific views and the impact on the credit quality of the loan.
• Follow up with the borrower/ Agent for regularisation of irregular loans as well as stressed assets for early resolution.
• Make unit visits as per terms of sanction.
• Follow up for compliance of other terms and conditions as per terms of sanction/Facility Agreement and perfection of security.
• Verification/Authorization financial payment messages and non-financial messages through Finacle.
• Follow-up on roll over notices, interest advice to borrowers and other lenders/participating branches
• Correspondence with borrowers/agents through email or phone calls for their confirmation on payment due or on clarification of various issues relating to different clauses of facility agreement, interest periods, compliance certificate etc.
• Preparation of regulatory returns (MAS, RBI) at stipulated intervals.
• Preparation of various returns and internal reports (including adhoc and miscellaneous reports for top management)
• Attending to Internal and External Audits and ensure rectification of deficiencies pointed out.
• Follow-up for submission of periodic financials and compliance certificates.
• Attending to credit related queries from regulators.
• Work closely with Senior Management to provide views and recommendations on market trends and conditions.

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent preferably in the field of Banking and finance
• Banking experience of a minimum of 5 years in related field.
• Good understanding of financial statements
• Sound knowledge of banking systems/processes/procedures.
• Good management skills and analytical mindset, one who can effectively analyse a situation and make decisions to address issues/problem.
• Excellent communication and inter personal skills with the ability to Interact with all levels of staff and top management
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft applications: Excel/Word/PowerPoint.

Job Description & Requirements

• To take a lead role and be the prominent figure in envisaging and steering the architectural design team and the direction of respective projects.
• Design and lead architectural projects creatively and proficiently through all work stages. Team lead or assist the other colleagues in all aspects of architectural design development and management.
• Project Research, Conceptualize Architectural Projects across a broad spectrum of ultra luxury residential private villa and multi-unit project types.
• Plan and develop projects proficiently incorporating an understanding of the project’s location, the Client’s brief and requirements and other consultants concerns.
• Give creative direction to the architectural team assigned to the project.
• Develop documentation of all aspects of the project’s architecture to HBA CAD standards.

Job Requirements:

Working closely with outsource partner, you will be handling, not limited to the following responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all daily transactions, including accounts receivables and incoming payments, in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Manage preorder, NETS, Shopback and Grab sales reports and reconcile them with accounting records.
• Handle credit terms and ensure timely processing of e-invoices.
• Submit and reconcile petty cash transactions regularly
• Verify, classify, compute, post, and record accounts receivable data.
• Reconcile customer accounts and payments, optimizing financial transactions and systems.
• Communicate discrepancies to management, identify slow-paying customers, and recommend collection
• Perform account reconciliations and produce monthly financial and management reports.
• Ensure accounts receivable records are up to date, credits and collections are applied, and uncollectible amounts are accounted for.
• Run preorder reports from Monday to Sat (15 mins)

What it Takes:

• Possess foundation and knowledge in GST, Local Tax Regulations, and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS).
• Experience working in Retail, Logistics or F&B will be an advantage.
• Those with experience handling Xero will be an advantage
