1. Manage and maintain Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable modules.
2. Ensure timely payments to vendors and prompt collections from customers.
3. Prepare and issue debit and credit notes as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

What’s the Role & Responsibility

The Account Officer is a member of the Singapore Shell Employees’ Union Co-operative Ltd (SSEUC) and will support the General Manager on the full set accounting of the 3 businesses’ functions.
