• Be the overall "owner" of all Ariba related knowledge / contents of various forms (documents, flowcharts, meeting records / videos etc) residing on shared repositories - Procurement SharePoint & internal TEAMS site, Procurement Intranet etc, by ensuring the respective documents owners review / update their files periodically, if applicable.
• Advocate of document version control - and if necessary, identify and implement folder / file level restrictions.

Systems' Static Data Management

• Work with Client Ariba Taskforce and Ariba Supplier/Catalog Enablement Mangers / Static Data Administrators to design and maintain the process necessary for static data to be maintained / updated across Ariba and SAP ECC - for the purpose of (1) enabling Catalogs purchases, (2) maintaining static data for change of catalog items / introduction of new catalog items, and if necessary (3) updating of department HOD changes to ensure accurate approval routing.

Reporting

• Support Client Procurement Data Taskforce & Business Office in co-designing / providing necessary Ariba custom reports, work with IBM and SAP if necessary for any ad-hoc / non out-of-the-box reporting needs.
