Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall tax compliance matters including corporate income tax, withholding tax, indirect taxes, transfer pricing study and etc.
• Prepare/review the annual tax returns and ensure compliance to tax laws and regulations
• Prepare/review the monthly corporate tax provision and tax accounting reporting (ie. deferred tax computation)
• Conduct tax research and assist in identifying tax planning ideas and improvement opportunities
• Liaise with various competent authorities in respect of the tax related queries/issues & audits
• Advise and provide support as and when required on the tax compliance and implication
• Review and advise tax related contract clause including new project tendering, procurement contract and etc.

Requirement:

Role Description

The role of the Regional Business Operations Senior Executive/Executive is to plan, coordinate and ensure all business operations in the Asia region are implemented within the budget, timeline, and scope. • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principle involved in production of precision technical drawings, and models
