The Analysts will report into the Investment Team and will support Origination, Execution, and selective Client Relationship Management (CRM) functions.

• As part of the Investment Team, the Analysts will support Origination and Execution of transactions and will support other team members in Singapore in steering deals from identification to close.

• As part of the CRM function, the Analyst will be responsible for transactions after deal closure and will support the CRM team with monitoring thereafter.

• The role will be based in Singapore and with regional travel to South Asia and Southeast Asia to be expected (10 – 25% time in any given year).

• The Analysts will typically work in teams including a Director / Associate Director and Manager with overall monitoring from the Managing Director.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Origination/Execution

• Assist in originating opportunities in their various regions and assisting with the preparation and presentation of early-stage New Business Committee (NBC) approvals.

• Assist deal teams (or lead workstreams) through due diligence of transactions following NBC approval. Work collaboratively with respective transaction leads to ensure a transaction is appropriately structured and presented to Credit Committee for approval.

- Assist or oversee deal team members in conducting due diligence for deals, including credit analysis, financial modelling (review, stress-testing, and carrying out of scenario analysis), structuring, and review of commercial and legal documentation.

- Support the Investment Team in the drafting, preparation, and presentation of credit proposals to the GuarantCo Credit Committee.

- Assist (and in some circumstances overee) in executing due diligence tasks and reviews in appointing and liaising with advisers (e.g., environmental and social, technical, legal, etc).

- Support senior members of the team in reviewing project documentation to ensure that GuarantCo’s position is appropriately protected and reflects credit approved terms.

• Coordinate with various internal teams on client on-boarding and various other related administrative tasks.

• Responsible for the coordination with the Sustainable Developmental Impact (SDI) and Health Safety Environmental and Social (HSES) teams, including participating in putting together the SDI rationale and HSES requirements for transactions.

• Oversee or support on delivering any other ad-hoc tasks and research required to help develop the Investment Team or work in partnership with other departments on business initiatives, e.g., new product development, country regulatory analysis.

Client Relationship Management

• Develop and demonstrate a strong grasp of their deal portfolio;

• Monitor/report/operationally track the performance of transactions against various covenants, including financial performance and environmental and social, and impact objectives;

• Assist Client Relationship Manager/Director in developing and managing all transaction relationships (borrower, sponsors, guarantee beneficiary, banks, agents, etc.);

• Assist Client Relationship Manager / Director writing and presenting reports and requests to Portfolio Committee. Contribute to the analysis and arguments being presented, recommendations and rationale;

• Work as a close-knit unit with the Client Relationship Manager / Director on assigned transactions, and with the Director of Restructuring, as required;

• Work with and assist the Client Relationship Manager / Director to ensure smooth handover of transactions on financial close;

• Assist Finance when required to follow up on collection of persistent unpaid amounts with management; and

• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

CORE EXPERIENCE

Essential experience

• Educated to undergraduate degree / post-graduate degree level

• Understanding of structured finance transactions, including in corporate and project finance

What’s The Role?

Our team is looking for a hardworking and technically motivated Customer Support Training Specialist to join the team at the Singapore office. As part of the Training team, you'll be responsible for all matters related to developing/maintaining skills and knowledge vital to the success of our Customer Support employees. From the day they join Bloomberg you will help them build technical knowledge to help foster their careers across our firm. Your involvement starts from the design and development of the relevant materials, which will be suitable for either instructor-led, e-learning, or self-directed learning activities. You will consistently link the training to business performance and ensure that your solutions are effective, scalable globally and aligned with our department priorities. In addition, you will play a crucial role in shaping the development and roll-out of new initiatives and enhancements from their early stages through to implementation. You are a self-starter who is comfortable working independently, whilst collaborating closely with a team.

We'll Trust You To:

• Train, mentor, and lead new hires in both the Customer Support and the Technical Support teams
• Plan, design and implement effective advanced trainings and workshops deliberately tailored to our department’s needs, - incorporating industry and market trends
• Deliver classroom, blended, and virtual programs
• Use training related software packages
• Conduct regular needs analysis to establish knowledge gaps and future training needs
• Collect training feedback and measure training success and business impact
• Spearhead incorporation of new workflows and tasks and contribute expertise on department processes and workflows, whilst constantly looking for improvement opportunities
• Establish strong global relationships and work collaboratively with the FSKG team to create standard methodologies and build meaningful trainings
• Be an epic colleague - communicate and work closely with stakeholders such as Business Leaders, SMEs, Strategy and Analytics Team and Engineering on a cross-regional basis
• Be flexible to department needs, able to adapt to changing priorities and conditions and be detail oriented for projects or research as required

You'll Need To Have:

• Demonstrated experience of Bloomberg's Terminal software and its installation processes
• At least 1 year of experience in a technical troubleshooting, implementation, or customer support role
• Demonstrated knowledge of customer support workflow, private IP network and/or FIX connectivity
• A dynamic approach and real passion for delivery of training with a relentless desire for continued learning
• Strong customer focus and technical aptitude with an outstanding level of customer service
• Strong project management, presentation and communication skills (both verbally and in writing)
• Attention to detail with excellent prioritization and time management skills
• A talent for managing without authority, influencing up and networking
• Ability to learn new technologies and workflows quickly and adapt to ever changing work demands with a desire to expand your technological expertise
• Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organisation
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Bachelor’s degree or degree-equivalent qualifications

We'd Love To See:

• Experience in training facilitation (in-person and virtual), design and training related qualifications
• Experience motivating others and a track record of leading by example
• Your innovation in enhancing training materials and facilitation and a constant drive for process and workflow improvement
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Proficiency in a content authoring tool, preferably Articulate 360
• CompTIA (A+ or Network+) or similar qualification

Job Description

• Constantly keep abreast of the latest market trends, provide creative, aesthetic and practical recommendations for program production.
• Engage production units to understand resource requirements, plan and map out the resources in consideration of constraints in resources, and ensure success of all productions.
• Guiding the image stylist team to achieve a specific look/effect as required by the production team. Able to provide creative advice and offer alternative solutions.
• Guiding the team towards common goals and come up with procedures / SOPs for better efficiency and productive, stay compliant with financial process and various documentations.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and cataloguing of items to support smooth productions and continuity of productions.
• Oversee the team members in securing sponsors, liaison with suppliers on the costumes & accessories, adhering to the SOP and compliance on the purchases.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Fashion Design /Merchandising.
• At least 12 Years of relevant work experience, of which 2 years must be in a Supervisory role.
