Responsibilities & Duties :

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical.
• Ensure guest rooms are well-maintained, including fixing plumbing, electrical, and furniture issues.
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify potential maintenance problems.
• Respond to emergency repair needs (e.g., burst pipes, electrical outages, power trip, water heater malfunction,promptly.

What you will do

The Global Trade Compliance Digital Solutions Deployment Manager is responsible for managing the deployment of digital applications and analytics solutions for global trade compliance. You will also be responsible for ensuring Kenvue Global's digital products and services comply with all relevant trade control laws and regulations in our global markets. We are seeking for an MEP Senior QS who will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation, tendering, procurement, contract administration, and cost control related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within construction projects.
