- Degree in Computer Science/ Computer System Engineering/ Computer System & Networks/ IT informatics;

- Report to IT Manager or Technical Director;

- Conduct operation and maintenance on the existing IT web-based System, coordinate with project team and system owner for planning security testing, system bug fixes and possible system improvement or upgrading;

- IT asset / commercial software licenses tracking and setting of IT equipment for HQ and site offices;

- Work closely with third party vendor to ensure system stabilities and IT security, conduct regular preventive maintenance;

- Responsible to manage and maintain the project system including troubleshooting;

- Able to work independently as well as co-operate with project team to ensure the project is running smoothly;

- Familiar with programming language, Postgre SQL/MS SQL Database, commercial cloud system and GCC Cloud is an advantage

· Assist in the identification, analysis and assessment of financial risks for various financial products and counterparties.

· Utilize SQL to manage and query databases for risk analysis.

· Support the development and maintenance of internal risk models (e.g. margin models, counterparty credit rating) and tools using programming languages (e.g., Python); and assist in making improvements thereto

· Collaborate with the risk team to prepare reports and presentations for management.

· Develop analytical reports and dashboard for key risk indicators

· Conduct research on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting financial risks of clearinghouses.

· Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on risk management strategies.

Requirements:

· Master's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or a related field or with relevant work experience (1-2 years) in risk management

· Proficiency in SQL for database management and querying.

· Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python).

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

· Effective communication and teamwork skills.

· Able to commit working full-time for a minimum of 6 months

Preferred Qualifications:

· Previous internship or project experience in counterparty risk or financial analysis.

· Familiarity with data visualization tools.

· Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

· Interest in regulatory frameworks related to financial risks of a central counterparty.

Be outspoken in providing “best practise” recommendations.
Proactively suggest ways to reduce operational overhead by “streamlining” manual tasks into automated procedures.
Providing application support to the Operations team whenever necessary.
Requirements:

Degree (IT) or Equivalent Formal Training.
Strong applications development experience with at least 8 years of development work experience with the following tools and technologies:J2EE, Java, PrimeFaces, JSP, Servlets, JMS, Angular, SpringBoot, PL/SQL, java Microservice, REST API, XML, XSL, EJB, Struts, Hibernate, J2EE Design Patterns, Java Security, Oracle DB19C, Oracle Weblogic / DB11g and 12C, JBoss EAP 7.0 Eclipse, Container based architecture
Experience on Applications security throughout the development lifecycle and ability to enhance applications to meet the security best practices.
Highly motivated to provide complete solutions to customers. Being able to talk to users and understand their requirements is essential.
The ability to manage oneself during projects from start to finish, throughout the whole development lifecycle.
Experience with software configuration management principles and systems.
Experience with test methodologies and tools.
Experience with implementing medium to large scale projects. (i.e. project that span across at least 6 calendar months with at least 2 full developers and above)
