Job Scope:

- Procurement related admin work, vendor creation, stationery store management, issuing of stationery and corporate gifts to user.

- Receiving delivery from vendor, monthly report generation

- Other adhoc duties assigned

- O/A Level and above

- Meticulous and responsible

- Basic computer knowledge

This key role will manage pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability, playing a crucial part in optimizing pricing strategies, and aligning them with the company's business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a basic shipping knowledge and the ability to work independently while also collaborating with others.

Job Responsibilities

• Establish pricing strategies to maximize lifting, revenue, and profitability.
• Understand the pricing process holistically across various stakeholders and the impact of various prices
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to determine optimal pricing to achieve business goals.
• Work with overseas agents and manage the daily pricing activities and resolve any operational issues from a commercial perspective.
• Monitor service performance and analyze vessel profile to improve cargo mix for optimal results.
• Support feasibility service studies, and actively participate in business development initiatives.
• Maintain pricing data and ensure accuracy in pricing systems.
• Gather market information about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to pricing.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Maritime, Business, Logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics industry.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make pricing decisions.
• Good market knowledge and strong communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Motivated and pro-active team player, ability to work independently and collaborate with other departments.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other pricing software/tools.

Job Responsibilities:

• Report to the Corporate Quality and Safety Department through the Head Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager.
• Monitor and support the company's EHS program and policies, ensuring effective execution of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems and certification.
• Conduct EHS surveys and inspections, recommending corrective actions and advising on safety programs to improve EHS performance.
• Investigate accidents to determine root causes, track and update EHS KPI performance of the Business Unit, and ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements.
• Manage and liaise with authorities on safety and environmental-related matters, ensuring effective communication and compliance.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned to support the EHS function and overall safety performance.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate who is a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer / FSM is preferred
• ECO Cert is preferred

Job Descriptions

- Design and develop software for ABT applications modules – Posting and Processing, Inquiry, Low Balance Alert, Cash Recon, EOD jobs CBT modules – Refund Management, Card management, transaction processing and Cash Reconciliation
- Work with MSI and LTA Development leads and propose the design of new enhancements in the respective modules for cloud migration.
- Work independently to develop software changes
- Follow best practices and proper guidelines during the development of applications codes
- Write testable, scalable, and efficient code
- Test and debug new applications and updates
- Conduct research to implement best and efficient solutions
- Maintain up to date code documentation
- Manage release notes and procedures

Requirements

- At least 5 years’ experience in software development and support with good working knowledge in object-oriented software development using Java/J2EE is a must.

- Experience in database, preferably DB2, and stored procedures is a must.

- Experience in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and practical experience in agile software development methodology.

- Experience in JavaScript, MongoDB and web development tools will be an added advantage.

- Experience in Disaster Recovery process and data migration for enterprise application will be an added advantage.

- Experience of IBM Cognos reporting, ETL process, OLAP database, Enterprise Service Bus architecture and MQTT will be an added advantage.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The responsibilities of this role are:

• Provide chauffeuring services
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the car
• Ensure that the car is in good working condition by monitoring the periodic servicing, taking the initiative to highlight any mechanical issues with the car
