Job Responsibilities:
· Order Processing & Inventory Management:
· Receive and review orders for accuracy.
· Submit orders into the system.
· Confirm details with customers (specifications, quantities, delivery dates).
· Monitor and manage inventory levels.
· Coordinate reorders with the inventory team.
· Customer Communication & Order Fulfillment:
· Address inquiries and provide updates on order status.
· Resolve issues related to orders.
· Coordinate with the warehouse for timely shipping.
· Generate and process shipping documents.
· Data Entry and Documentation & Coordination/Collaboration:
· Maintain accurate order records.
· Update customer information and prepare reports.
· Work with sales and logistics for smooth processing.
· Provide feedback for process improvements.
· Compliance & Admin Support:
· Ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and confidentiality.
· Assist with reports, correspondence, and special projects.
Job Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations, or related field
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
· Proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Proficiency in accounting software such as AutoCount.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
