· To Identify opportunities to enhance existing Convergent Invoicing processes for better performance and usability.

· Stay updated on SAP BRIM advancements and incorporate relevant updates into existing systems.

· To oversee data flows and ensure consistency across upstream and downstream systems.

· Manage the end-to-end implementation of Convergent Invoicing, including system configuration, unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

· Work closely with business users, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

· Provide guidance on best practices for billing and invoicing processes, ensuring alignment with industry standards.

Required Skills and Experience:-

· A minimum of 10 years of experience in multiple SAP implementation and support projects is required.

· Experience in design, implementation, and overseeing end-to-end solutions for complex billing, subscription, and revenue management processes using the SAP BRIM suite.

· Exposure to highly customized and complex billing solutions.

· Hands on experience in designing and configuring BRIM CI processes including integration aspects with other SAP BRIM solution.

· Possess in depth knowledge in the Implementation of BRIM Convergent Invoicing processes for cross industry.

· Must have exposure to end-to-end solution of SAP BRIM CI covering - integrate sender components, perform and configure the inbound processing, configure and use Contract Management, perform a price allocation, process contract changes (prospective and retrospective), perform fulfilment and create invoices, integration with Cost Object Controlling, process revenue postings, reconciliation and consistency checks.

· Solid experience in handling Billing EVENTS for customization of billing process based on the specific business rules and requirements.

Manage network operations activities and installation of network systems according to design specifications using AI automation.

AI skills are mandatory along with Network engineer skills.

Lead infrastructure network operations project planning and requirements phases; Contribute to the design and implementation of infrastructure replacement plans.

Simulate users’ problems to explore solutions to resolve network and connectivity related problems; Manage infrastructure network testing and implementation.

Pilot new tools, technologies, and/or processes to enhance the performance of infrastructure systems.

• CCNP, NSE, CCSA certified.
• Cloud knowledge and certification will be an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in using network management systems, i.e SolarWinds, WLC, FortiAnalyzer and FortiManager.

We are looking for an in-house jewellery designer. You will be working directly with the customers and to create bespoke designs. This role is multi-faceted and you would be also operating as a sales executive when clients are in the boutique. When you are with clients, you are expected to provide them with product knowledge and effectively sell both the brand and product. You will be required to share brand history, product knowledge and the highest level of customer service with all potential customers. As a designer, you need to be able to discuss a range of design options and formulate creative original ideas. You would be required to sketch out ideas and designs, sometime using computer-aided design (CAD), to help the client visualize the final design.
