Responsibilities:

• Responsible for product strategy planning, develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Groom the product backlog, prioritise user stories, technical tasks and bug fixes into the sprints.
• Work with the Product Owner, Technical Lead, Business Analysts, User Experience Designers, Engineers in planning the activities required and timeline for each release.
• Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to closure, and contribute to project activities, ensuring the projects are executed based on the plan.
• Effectively engage and manage vendors to deliver solutions and services, monitor project progress and performance.
• Identifying and addressing issues or risks proactively to prevent delays or cost overruns.
• Define the roadmap and ensure user stories are created for product development.
• Brings new products to market by analysing proposed product requirements and product development.
• Review project deliverables. e.g. functional specifications, system test plan & results, user guide, operation manual.
• Outsourcing and Contract Management to oversee, and manage multiple vendors and external providers of ICT services.

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean only.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields is preferred.
• Prior experience of at least 4 years in IT project delivery/management.
• Experience in AWS cloud and Microsoft Products (Related certification will be an added advantage).
• Project Management related certification (PMP, CITPM, CSM, etc.).
• Prior experience in product management in the software development space (Agile methodologies).
• Experience in ops-tech integration, AI/ ML creation and implementation, SAAS platform management, UI/UX design and research strategy.
• Previous involvement in government project delivery and go-to-market growth experience will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update and maintain integrated project schedules in engineering, fabrication, construction or EPC projects in conjunction with the project team,
• Track and report progress against the plan,
• Develop detailed work plan, activities and tasks,
• Prepare and update look-ahead schedules and delay mitigation plans,
