Responsibilities: -

• Provide technical support to Operating Plants for safe & smooth plant operations
• In charge of daily chemical & mechanical processes.
• Initiate and implement plans for performance improvement and economic / capacity optimization
• Perform plant simulation to identify high return opportunities to business team
• Draft process improvement idea with the objectives to improve process / occupational safety, improve product safety / quality, reduce energy consumption, improve production capacity / productivity, and reduce costs.
• Implement Process Improvement idea via Management of Change system and/or Non-regular work system.
• Evaluate process performance and key process parameters from long term view and/or periodically to uncover potential risk that may leads to Plant instability, Safety or Quality issues.
• Troubleshoot plant trouble related to process, perform root cause analysis and propose corrective and preventive measures as process engineering function and/or based on request basis.
• To in charge of equipment calibrations.
• To update production output regularly.
• All other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements: -

• Min Diploma or with min 3 years relevant working experience can be considered as well.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Able to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking customers
• 5.5-days work week.
• Location: Tuas South
• Able to start work immediately
• PR/Singaporean

- 1 Month probation period at $12/h, pay will be adjusted accordingly after probation period

Flexible Schedules available for Part Time Teachers:

Timing: Mon-Fri

(a) 12.30pm to 5.30pm
(b) 2 to 6pm

(c) 4pm to 7pm

Job scope:
1. 4pm to 5.30pm is intensive academic time, where teachers would be provided syllabus and answer sheet to mark and go through with a group of students
2. Supervise and guide students on homework, spelling and 听写
3. Checking of school bag for homework
4. Giving out of food and fetching of students from nearby schools
5. Simple curation of materials based on materials provided and AI (Will be trained)

Min Requirements:
1. A level graduate or Dip Graduate
Present Diploma Students may also apply but there would be a selection process.
2. Relevant working experience would be helpful but not necessary

Expected Start Date: Immediate

• Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
• Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
• Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
• Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
• Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs

• Give prepared plates the “final touch”

· Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers & other parties involved in the project.

· Liaise with construction/design team to prepare document for Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Open Tender.

· Assist Project Contract Manager with quantity surveying matters relevant to Sub-Contract, Works Order and Purchase Order.

· Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts.

· Sourcing for supplier and sub-contractor, collate price comparison and costing summary.

· Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors’ progress payments.

· Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings.

· Prepare project budgeting and costing reports.

Requirements

· At least 3 years’ working experience in Quantity Surveying in main contractor.

· Experience with LTA or M&E projects.

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey, Civil Engineering / M&E.
