• Be responsible for all site related activities, such as Edge installation works, Edge hardware and software configuration works, IP network configurations, ensure communications connectivity to Cloud and configure Cloud applications and verify data quality
• Support Solution Architects to ensure end to end accountability
• Attend to customers’ technical issues and work closely with Solution Architects, to resolve issues
• Ensure proper project documentations
• Escalate technical or any issues to your supervisors in a timely manner and expedite problem resolution
• Register product or solution issues and track the progress with Solution Architects
• Support Solution Architects in conducting end-to-end testing
• Managing users’ ad-hoc and urgent change requests
• Be hands-on in the above activities

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology / Electronics, Communications Engineering or equivalent
• Basic Networking knowledge & IP addressing required
• At least 1-3 years of working experience in IP Networks, Building management systems or PLCs
• Familiarity in Building protocols such as BACNET, MODBUS, OPC UA is desired
• Desire and passion to learn new technologies and skills
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Initiative and drive to get things done

Job Description

• Executes and completes the FPSO new built Hull project as per contractual specification and quality standard with agreed timeline and safely
• Enforces on HSE Focus IOGP/HIRA/GOLDEN Rule, Safety audit, Safety Campaigns and Drills. Weekly HSE walkthrough to focus on critical work area and carryout engagement of workforce on site.
• Oversees new build specifications, verifies designs, and ensures that the construction activities are complying to contract and engineering designs.
• Reviews construction progress against Project Schedule and report to the Hull delivery manager
• Ensures that all construction and installations to FPSO are performed according to project Quality control, NDE examiners, inspection, QA/QC document, report, and quality analysis.
• Ensures the new built hull is constructed according the latest revision of the issued drawings.
• Oversees hull fabrication and assembly works. To follow through the integration scope of work for module fabrication from overseas
• Ensures that the hull is commissioned as per project commissioning requirement
• Conducts daily/weekly/monthly meeting with shipyard (Builder), Client, Classification and etc
• Summarizes and issues minutes of Meeting, Presentation slide and reports (daily, weekly, and monthly)

Job Requirements:

- Degree or Diploma in Naval Architecture / Civil / Marine and Offshore / Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

JOB SUMMARY

You will be responsible for establishment and expansion of clientele in the various market segments; maintaining quality service standards when representing the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

• Manage assigned existing customer accounts and solicit new accounts in restaurants, caterers, fast food chains, and other F&B outlets.
• Visit customers, respond to and attend to customers' queries and concerns.
• Take orders from customers, if necessary.
• Attend and participate in all meetings, trade exhibitions, and any other events as stipulated by the company.
• Work on public holidays if necessary. However, you will be given time off when you are required to work on public holidays.
• Perform other duties/work as directed by the HOD from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma holder in Hotel and F&B Management or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years of sales experience in F&B / Catering / Hospitality experience.
• Passionate about F&B, customer service and sales activities.
• Outgoing personality, highly motivated and independent individual.
• Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.
