Key Responsibilities:

• The Project Director (Attraction Projects) will manage a team of creative, technical, and managerial professionals, overseeing strategic decisions and cross-functional collaboration to achieve project objectives.
• Contractor & Specialist Management: Oversee the selection, contracting, and performance of contractors, vendors, and fabricators. Ensure alignment with project objectives, quality standards, and timelines while managing all external communications and deliverables.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a multidisciplinary team of Creative Directors, Engineers, Designers, and Project Managers. Provide mentorship and foster a collaborative environment to ensure effective project delivery.
• Creative & Design Management: Manage the creative and design processes, working with internal teams and external consultants to ensure all design phases meet creative goals, budget, and schedule.
• Budget & Schedule Oversight: Ensure projects remain within approved budgets and schedules. Provide regular updates and maintain comprehensive documentation for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience: At least 12 years of experience in managing large-scale projects in theme parks, entertainment, hospitality, with proven skills in managing complex teams, budgets, and timelines. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong track record in delivering large-scale projects from concept to completion.

Mandatory Skills

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in change management or a related role.
• Experience with End User Computing (EUC) / Technology initiatives, including new feature release, software upgrades, hardware deployments, and system migrations.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
