The suitable candidate will join a team of engineers and operations specialists in the support of DBS’ enterprise privileged access management infrastructure and operations. He/She will be responsible for the end to end design, deployment, operations and development of the bank’s privileged access management framework, infrastructure and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the automation and integration of privileged access management infrastructure to other systems to achieve straight through processing and reduce manual work.

Requirements

• 5+ Years of CyberArk Experience: Demonstrated expertise in the deployment, configuration, management, and support of CyberArk infrastructure components. • Audit Experience: Extensive experience in responding to audit queries and preparing detailed reports related to access management. Skilled in analyzing audit findings and implementing corrective actions to address compliance gaps. Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and readily available.
• Remediation Expertise: Extensive experience in remediating CyberArk failed objects to ensure that auto-managed objects comply with security policies and standards. This includes troubleshooting and resolving issues to maintain operational integrity and compliance.
• Technical Platform Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of key operating systems and databases, including Windows, Unix, MSSQL, and MariaDB. Previous experience in administering these platforms enhances ability to manage and secure privileged accounts effectively.
• Banking Environment Experience: Familiarity with working in a banking or financial services environment, understanding the unique regulatory and security requirements involved. This background supports effective implementation of access management solutions tailored to industry standards.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering (or a related field). Alternatively, a combination of relevant professional experience and CyberArk certifications is also acceptable, demonstrating a solid foundation in security practices.

· Assist Project Manager in streamlining work processes;
· Coordinator with team to review all subcontract and supplier shop drawing, product data, samples,
manuals etc for all compliance with contract documents;
· Manage vendor documents for all equipment;
· Monitor and ensure all the vendor equipment delivery are on time, including checks on inspection status and requirement;
· Prepare tender submission, cost estimation and project change request;

*Prepare monthly P&L reporting.

*Able to use AutoCAD – Advance Steel Software.

REQUIREMENTS

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent

· Proficient in design software such as PV AutoCAD

· Proficiency in English language (spoken and written) with strong communication skills

• Send mobile mechanics for outside repair to and from the site daily.
• Arrange vehicle for inspection
• Drive the vehicle to designated locations.

Job Description

• Review and interpret all relevant drawings, specifications and reports;
• Handle full scope of Quantity Surveyor duties which includes material take-off and variations i.e. Structural works; Piping works; Electrical and Instrumental works; Mechanical and Equipment works; Painting works
• Able to understand the Project contract documents and inform and assist site team for the cost estimate for any additional works
• Prepare the commercial tenders, including material take-off, preparation of BQs and technical queries
• Analyse tender pricing and prepare contractors’ bill of quantities
• Manage all related stakeholder liaison activities with a range of interested parties i.e. contractors, subcontractors, consultants and authorities on the project including but not limited to Contracts & Legal Department, Engineering Department and External Consultants;
• Prepare monthly progress claims to client
• Manage subcontractor and vendor claims
• Manage project timeline and cost

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Mechanical/Civil).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the oil and gas industry and familiar with EPC projects
• Meticulous, analytical, eye for details and a good team player
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Prior experience in leading a Quantity Surveyor team will be advantageous and can be considered for a senior role.
• Able to commence on short notice will be preferred

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and machine.
• Perform preventive maintenance to achieve minimal to zero machine downtime.
• Source replacement parts.
• Repair and replace faulty parts & equipment.

• Comply to all risk control measures and adhere to safe work procedure according to WSH (Risk Management) requirements while performing assigned work duties.

Requirements:

• Rich experience as a technician especially on machine maintenance and repair
• Electrical, electronic and mechanical knowledge

• Manage & maintain integrated certified Safety, Quality, Environmental management systems to ensure continued compliance to ISO 9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO17025 (NATA), and other relevant standards like ISO 31000 where applicable.
• Identify and maintain compliance to relevant WHS, Environmental & other acts, regulations, codes of practices & guidelines etc.
• Audit SQE Management System, including reviewing, monitoring, measuring, reporting on performance.
• Recommend and implement continual improvement to the SQE system, work instructions and associated processes.
• Promoting awareness of SQE requirements, communicating and consulting with all staff & other stakeholders on SQE processes, documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Development and implementation of SQE documentation relevant but not limited to procedures, plans, hazard and aspect identification, risk assessments, emergency preparedness & response, design & development, management of change, control measures, management review including ad hoc measures based on current environmental occurrences.
• Actively lead & participate in Operational Safety, Process Safety, Risk Assessment, HAZOPs, Pre-Purchase Risk Assessments, Management of Change & Design & Development, SQE incident investigation & root cause analysis and processes.
• Active participation and collaborating to provide SQE / technical advise as required to the Lab Team, Customer Service, Operations, Engineering, Rapid Recovery and wider A-Gas Group & other relevant stakeholders.

Authorities and Responsibilities

1. To interpret technical drawing and performing machining process and requirement to produce the workpiece.
2. To perform machine code programming.
3. To operate, set up parts and producing parts as per drawing specification.
4. Guiding and providing operator/machinist with basic instruction in operating the machines.
5. Design simple jigs & fixtures for machining process if required.
6. To trouble shoot on dimensions non-conformance and provide corrective action and remedy

Competence Requirement

· Preferred to have NTC/ Diploma in Precision or Mechanical Engineering.

• Having 2 years of related experiences in related field is required for non-technical applicant.
• Able to interpret technical drawings and having machining knowledge.
