KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Sourcing and Vendor Management:

• Identify potential vendors and suppliers for M&E equipments (eg, Transformers, Cables, Switchgears, Electrical Panels, Lightings, circuit-breakers, etc).
• Evaluate supplier capabilities, product quality, and pricing.
• Negotiate contracts and establish favourable terms.
• Creation of new vendors.
• Perform Due Diligence checks on major/preferred vendors

Purchase Order Processing:

• Administer purchase requisition, quote and issuance of purchase orders.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with project teams to align procurement needs.
• Maintain internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance

Quality Assurance:

• Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased M&E equipments.
• Resolve any shortcomings or discrepancies promptly.

Supplier Relations:

• Maintain positive relationships with existing suppliers.
• Address any issues or concerns related to deliveries, quality, or pricing.

Cost Optimization:

• Work closely with the Cost Management and BD teams to optimize costs without compromising quality.
• Explore cost-saving opportunities through bulk purchases or alternative suppliers.

Objectives of this role

• Planning, coordinating and managing all phases of construction projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout.

Job Requirements

1. At least 2 years of videography experience

2. Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)

3. Experience with various camera equipment, lighting, and sound setups

4. Strong portfolio of previous work, including product videos, testimonials, and promotional content

5. Creative thinker with the ability to transform ideas into visually appealing videos

Job Scope:

• Prepare project models and construction documents using BIM software.
• Establish project workflows throughout all project phases.
• BIM project set-up and continued project administration.
• Prepares 2D and 3D shopdrawings and as-built drawings.
• Liaise with Project Document Controller for accurate data transfer.

Requirements:

• Must possess at least Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil/ Architectural Engineering with relevant working experience in Construction industry or BIM certificate
• Minimum 2 years working experience in BIM.
• Proficient in BIM, Revit MEP, Bentley,AutoCad and MS Office.
• Able to read and interpret drawings.
