Dulwich College (Singapore) is seeking a Learning Beyond the Classroom Lead to support the management and effective implementation of co-curricular activities (CCAs), outdoor learning, and other educational programmes at the College.

Our programmes aim to foster creativity, resilience, and responsibility through exploration, challenge, and service, helping students develop critical thinking, adaptability, and compassion.
Key components include Outdoor Education, with annual adventure trips and co-curricular activities, and the pioneering Forest School for Early Years, accredited by the UK’s Forest School Learning Initiative (FSLI). We also offer diverse co-curricular options to inspire creativity, physical activity, and leadership, alongside unique opportunities like Ignite: Switzerland, an exclusive Year 9 programme in the Swiss Alps.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience of leading a team and effectively supervising the work of others.
- Experience working in an international school setting would be desirable.
- Knowledge and experience of using platforms such SchoolsBuddy, Skoolspot, Evolve and Schoolsbox would be an advantage.
- Strong administrative and IT skills and the ability to effectively navigate a variety of systems and applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the proven ability to build positive working relationships across an organisation.
- Experience of managing external vendor relationships to meet the needs of the organisation.
Key duties and responsibilities of the role include:
- Ensuring all logistical arrangements required for onsite and offsite provision are in line with College policy and procedures, including but not limited to; travel arrangements, student consent, risk assessments, staff information packs and post provision review.
- Managing the administration of all CCA vendor contracts and renewals, background vetting and onsite approval processes.
- Managing all CCA systems and information channels to ensure all information is relevant, accurate and up to date and all stakeholders receive clear and timely information pertaining to provision.
- Liaising with the transport team to ensure students requiring buses are registered, allocated and communicated.
- Ensure systems accurately reflect and account for student attendance during CCA time.
- Negotiating with vendors to secure the best terms for parents and for the College, ensuring value for money and a high quality provision of services.
- Working closely with Compliance, Procurement, Finance, Nursing and Operations Departments to ensure provision follows College policies and legislation.
- Establish positive relations and manage effective communication between external providers, suppliers, parents, staff and students.
- Managing complaints effectively and following up as appropriate using communication channels in the College, liaising with stakeholders as required.
- Building strong working relationships with colleagues across the College, keeping abreast of what is going on across all Schools and being involved in the day-to-day life of the College overall.
