Job Description

The Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) Department of National University of Singapore (NUS) is looking for applicants for research engineer positions to support 3D-IC package fault localisation and failure analysis (FA) techniques with ANSYS High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS). The applicant will work closely with our researchers to understand and derive insights from scientific experiments and data. The applicant will also assist in the design and development of a physical test vehicle for the measurement of simulated results.

1. Contribute to defect classification and localization through simulation defect modelling.

• Exercise sound understanding of the Employment Law in order to make sure all HR procedures are executed properly and in no violation of the statutory requirements
• Manage all matters involving government organizations including the Ministry of Manpower and other affiliated organizations
• Assist in HR-related grants
• Work closely with Safety, Health, and Quality personnel to address workers’ accommodation in-house and external dormitories
• Manage employee-related issues and disciplinary matters

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management
• IHRP Certification preferred
• Preferably 4 years of experience in handling HR duties
