Our clinic is fully equipped with in-house IDEXX blood test machines, digital radiography, ultrasonography, a fully equipped surgical theatre with multi-parameter anaesthetic patient monitoring equipment and Covidien electrosurgical unit including ligasure vessel fusion clamps, iM3 dental machine and dental radiography.

We are seeking team players who are self-motivated, have good interpersonal skills with good working attitudes and work ethic.

About your role

• Collaborate with application engineers and robotics experts to implement robotic software solutions for various industrial applications.
• Assist in configuring robotic systems to meet specific client needs, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Support the integration of robotic hardware, sensors, and software components to create comprehensive industrial automation solutions.
• Participate in the creation of detailed technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, and system specifications.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely solutions to ensure smooth operation of robotic systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure successful project execution.
• Learn and develop expertise in the company’s proprietary robotic systems and technologies.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in industrial robotics and automation to contribute fresh ideas to projects.
• Adapt and learn quickly to new tools, technologies, and processes as required.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in industrial robotics. (Eg. ABB , UR , Fanuc , Kawasaki , Yaskawa)
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with industrial robotic arms (e.g., ABB, UR, Fanuc, Kawasaki, Yaskawa).
• Onsite and Travel: Willingness to work onsite and travel internationally.
• Robotics Knowledge: Understanding of electrical robotic schematic diagrams.
• Project Management: Proven ability in stakeholder project management.
• System Integration: Proficiency in integrating robotic peripherals, sensors, and vision systems.
• Troubleshooting: Experience in diagnosing and resolving robotic system errors and alarms.

Nice to have

• CAD Design: Familiarity with CAD tools for design and modeling.
• End-Effector Design: Knowledge of robotic end-effector development.
• PLC Systems: Experience in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems
• Programming Languages: Coding skills in C#, C++, and Python.

Job Description:

Be part of an exciting team working on cutting-edge advanced packaging process technologies. Participate in process development and integration solution to enable advanced packaging process technologies in the world of mobile, IoT, consumer and high-performance computing area. Partner and work with various teams from inside and outside of IME to help develop leading-edge packaging solutions for our customers, taking the solutions from concept to mass production. Responsibilities will include assisting in operations support in clean room to make sure projects are completed successfully and delivered on time.

This position is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Operate semiconductor equipment to perform processes, measurement, and inspection of wafers. (Include equipment setup, loading and unloading of wafers)
• Monitor basic equipment/process errors and perform recovery.
• Work with internal and external parties to align for tool time, execute process sequence and collect data to feedback to integration owner.
• Logistically transport wafer lots between equipment within cleanroom and between worksites.
• Identify and address potential areas for improvements such as cycle time, utilization, and cost.
• Perform chemical change/ top-up for equipment under supervision.
• Understand and follow all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) procedures and requirements.
• The candidate may be required to perform shift work (Mon-Fri).

Experience:

• NiTEC or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
• Basic understanding on semiconductor process is preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in semiconductor processes (Litho, Etch, CVD, PVD, Plating, Metrology etc.) will be added advantages

Responsibilities:

• Delivering of Company products (mainly poultry products)
• Following a route and time schedule
• Loading and unloading of goods
• Maintaining of assigned vehicle and grooming of assigned vehicle
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• Working hours: 8am - 5pm onwards and 6 days.

• Need to have Class 3 driving license.
• Able to carry heavy load range 20 to 30kg.
