As a Compliance Senior Associate (Transaction Monitoring) in Singapore, you will be performing transaction monitoring to pick up suspicious transaction behaviors and other ad-hoc duties that may be required by the team lead.

You will:

• Perform reviews on AML/CFT transaction alerts and make accurate decisions on the next steps.
• Handle escalation alerts from junior staff(s), review the suspicious transactions holistically and more in-depth investigation to determine the next course of action.
• Analyse transaction data to identify trends & patterns in transactions that may signify suspicious or fraudulent activities, using data and transaction monitoring tools.
• Conduct transaction reviews should transaction anomalies be observed, submit Suspicious Transaction Reports (“STR”) for lodgment to the relevant authorities upon approval from Team Lead.
• Assist Team Lead for quality assurance check on our team members. Provide feedback to them for guidance and ensure the high standard of review quality is maintained at all times.
• Assist in clearing of sanction screening alerts.
• Collaborate with other key business functions to ensure a smooth end-to-end internal process to achieve customer satisfaction and safeguard the company’s and users’ interests.
• Perform any other ad-hoc legal/compliance duties that may be assigned by the team lead.

You are:

• Compliance & Risk enthusiast – you have racked up at least 1-3 years of experience in compliance and/or transaction monitoring functions, experience in corporate customer will be preferred. You are also passionate about developing a career in risk & compliance and are interested in the financial services or payment industry.

Job Responsibilities

Clinical services:

• Utilize formal and informal assessments to identify speech therapy needs
• Identify goals for intervention and implement individualised intervention plans in collaboration with the student, families and the school team.
• Provide evidence-based intervention via consultation, individual and/or group sessions.
• Conduct continuous evaluation to measure outcomes of therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessment, intervention, and communication with families.
• Participate in developing protocols and clinical guidelines to improve services in conjunction with the Head of Student Support/Principal.
• Participate in curriculum / programme development projects, particularly in the areas of speech, language, and social emotional learning.
• Participate in team assessment for school admissions.
• Utilize appropriate assessment tools to support and recommend access arrangements for National Exams, if required.

Coaching & Training

• Conduct parent workshops and in-house training programs for internal and external stakeholders
• Provide supervision and mentorship support to new / junior therapists.

Continuing Professional Development

• Stay current with the best practices in relation to the field of speech therapy and evidence-based practices in relation to autism.
• Participate and engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Remain up to date with relevant organizational processes, policies and professional codes of conduct.
• Participate in curriculum / programme development projects.

Job Holder Requirements and Attributes

• Possess at least a degree / postgraduate degree in Speech-Language Therapy / Pathology from an institution recognised by the Allied Health Professional Council, Singapore (AHPC).
• Applicants for Senior Therapist position should possess at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Valid practising certification with full AHPC registration.
• Prior experience working in the field of special education and/or working with individuals with special needs is an added advantage.

Job responsibilities

Clinical services:

• Provide screening, identification and assessments for students with varying learning difficulties, particularly in the areas of reading, spelling, decoding, comprehension and writing.
• Identify and prioritize goals for intervention in collaboration with the student, families and the school team.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans (1:1 or small group intervention settings) that address the specific needs of each student.
• Provide consultation, individual and/or group evidence-based interventions and strategies to support students’ literacy skills.
• Conduct continuous evaluation to measure outcomes of therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessment, intervention and communication with families.
• Participate in developing protocols and clinical guidelines to improve services in conjunction with the Head of Student Support/Principal.

Coaching, Training & Programme Development

• Collaborate with the school’s English Department to support the areas of teaching, curriculum planning, and/or development of resources and instructional materials.
• Conduct in-house training programs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide supervision and mentorship support to new / junior therapists.

Continuing Professional Development

• Stay current with the best practices in relation to the field of literacy interventions and evidence-based practices in relation to autism.

Job Holder requirements and attributes

• Possess at least a recognised degree from a recognised University, in any discipline area.
• Teaching qualifications or equivalent in Special Education is preferred
• Trained in specific learning approaches, such as Orton-Gillingham, Lindamood-Bell and/or other relevant remedial approaches.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in providing learning support to children with literacy challenges and/or learning support experience for students at Primary Level.
• Prior experience working in the field of special education and/or working with individuals with special needs is an added advantage.
• Good team player with strong communication, interpersonal skills and critical thinking, in order to effectively collaborate and provide person-centric services.
• Able to work independently and effectively.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).

Travel Services Management

• Design and oversee travel experiences for foreign visitors to China, focusing on cultural, historical, and modern attractions.
• Build and maintain relationships with local travel service providers, transportation companies, and accommodation partners.
• Ensure all travel services reflect the company’s high standards and cultural values.

Hosting and Educational Support

• Supervise hosting arrangements to ensure children’s living spaces are safe, clean, and welcoming.
• Manage maid to prepare healthy and culturally appropriate meals for the children.
• Act as a mentor and provide emotional and practical support to the hosted children.
• Collaborate with educational institutions to monitor and support children’s academic progress.
• Operations Management
• Develop and implement efficient workflows for both travel services and hosting programs.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Monitor the quality of services and address any issues promptly.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and supervise staff involved in travel and hosting operations, including maids and other support staff.
• Provide ongoing guidance to the team, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.
• Ensure all staff members, including domestic helpers, understand and follow high standards of care and service.

Marketing and Outreach

• Promote travel services and hosting programs through marketing initiatives and partnerships.
• Represent the company at events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.
