• Generate and submit monthly progress reports to support progress payment claims and project tracking.
• Assess and negotiate with proposed subcontractors in consultation with the project manager, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
• Manage and finalize accounts for both main and subcontractors, ensuring all financial obligations are met and discrepancies resolved.
• Participate in project meetings as required, providing input on cost-related issues and project progress.
• Perform other duties as assigned, which may include ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities related to project cost management.
• Liaise with Engineers and Managers regarding their purchasing requirements.
• Source and negotiate for equipment and supplies.
• Evaluate suppliers based on quality standards, delivery, and prices.
• Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders.
• Provide administrative support as assigned.
• Coordinate with the Surveyor to prepare topographical survey drawings and As-built drawings.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and Engineers to prepare shop drawings and 3D models based on site conditions.
• Calculate the quantity of materials and equipment needed for the site.
• Prepare Electrical shop drawings, SLD (Single Line Diagram) drawings, PA system, and Fire Alarm drawings for the M&E team.
• Prepare shop drawings and 3D models for fabrication work, including calculating the required materials.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point & AutoCAD drafting.

• Running a baking operation and overseeing other bakers
• As a Head / Lead baker you are responsible to produce a full range of breads using the company’s recipe specifications
• Responsible for the consistency and presentation of the products
• Ensure adherence to the quality of food items according to the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) guidelines in place.
• Always observe and adhere to the standards of safety and hygiene for production, kitchen and culinary work area
• Ensure maintenance and sanitize baking utensils, tools and machinery
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the immediate superior

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a bakery setting
• Experience of handling bakery equipment
• Understanding of health and safety, and basic food hygiene practices
• Able to display leadership skills with excellent communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of managing order and inventory
• Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Be punctual and well disciplined
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
