• Min. 2 years delivery / store-keeping experience in trading and distribution companies

· Salary Range: $2,500 - $3,000 per month ++ (basic salary + monthly/quarterly bonus pay-out base on performance)

Responsibilities

• Install new products, and test them to ensure they are working correctly
• Educating the client on how to use and maintain their device
• Perform maintenance and provide customer support
• Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them
• Order parts needed for repairs if needed
• Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed
• Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers
• Build and maintain relationships with customers

Requirements

• Min. Higher Nitec in engineering in any field, with or without work experience all welcome to apply
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills
• Working knowledge of the equipment needed for the job
• Ability to work independently without much supervision
• Posse valid Class 3 driving licence is a MUST

PERFORM FACIAL, FACE MASK, FACE MASSAGE, EYELASH EXTENSION SERVICES, HAIR REMOVAL SERVICE, NAIL SERVICES.

TALLY DAILY SALES. PERFORM SALES TALK AND SELL PACKAGES. TRAINING PROVIDED.

AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF WORKING EXPERIENCE IN THE RELATED FIELD.

MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH OR CHINESE.

WELL-GROOMED AND PROFESSIONAL IMAGE.

GOOD ATTITUDE AND WILLINGNESS TO LEARN.

CUSTOMER SERVICE-ORIENTED AND POLITE.

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.
