Scope of Works:

1. Conduct ICT lessons, including coding for P1 to P6 pupils.

4. Supervise or conduct afternoon activities that are ICT related / Makers activities such as coding, 3D printer etc.

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Lead EAL Teacher to support students whose primary language is not English. The ideal candidate will create an inclusive environment that fosters language acquisition, academic success, and cultural integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and Delivery

1. Design and implement engaging EAL lessons that are differentiated to support students with varying levels of English proficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

Job Scope:

1. Class and Schedule Coordination

Job Description

• Support teachers in lesson preparation and the implementation of lesson plan (eg. able to conduct small group teaching)
• Support teachers to achieve and monitor students’ individualised goals and objectives
• Assist students in areas of self-care and grooming
• Support teachers in collecting data on behaviour and progress of students, whenever necessary
• Collaborate and support teachers in classroom management matters such as planning and implementing student’s behaviour plans, lesson progress, etc
• Liaise with external stakeholders (including families/caregivers and community partners) to facilitate administrative processes
• Ensure the well-being and safety of the students in School

Job Requirement

Reception & Office Coordination

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, managing reception duties such as welcoming guests and handling incoming parcels and deliveries.
• Answer and direct calls from the main office phone line professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate the receipt and distribution of incoming mail and letters, including opening the office letterbox.
• Ensure the office pantry and boardroom are well-stocked, clean, and organized at all times.

Office Supplies & Inventory Management

• Manage the purchase and replenishment of pantry supplies, office stationery, and other essential items.

Event & Festive Coordination

• Assist in organizing office events such as festive celebrations, birthday celebrations, and regular activities like Monthly Fruits Day and Birthday Celebrations.
