Job Description
• Manage the full set of accounting, issue credit/debit notes, assist in preparing GST reports, year-end reports for management, generate monthly statements of account for customers, monthly aging and sales reports, monthly retail project claims, and file invoices and delivery orders daily.
• Monitor account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities, resolve payment discrepancies, send reminders and demand letters to customers with long overdue amounts.
• Create and monitor customer master data files.
• File small claims to the State Court for customers with doubtful accounts.
• Entertain customer calls regarding account inquiries.
• Compute monthly commissions for salesmen and prepare commissions/refunds for customers.
• Prepare worker documentation and process work permits, employment passes, and other Ministry of Manpower-related matters.
• Handle issues related to workers.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Min of 2 years of FULL SET account experience in SG.
• Proficiency in accounting software and knowledge of GST reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain customer data, and worker documentation.
