General Job Description:

The Finance Executive reports to the Head of Finance. You will be responsible for processing and managing all aspects of accounts payable, maintaining vendor relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the finance department.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Receive, review, and process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Match purchase orders, delivery orders and invoices to verify proper documentation and authorization.
• Prepare and process electronic payments and cheques
• Review and process employee expense reports in compliance with expense reporting guidelines.
• Maintain organized and accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Assist with reconciliations and analysis as required.

Others

• Other Admin and Accounting duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Able to work as a team player and willing to learn

• Address inquiries related to nutrition programs and other nutrition-related topics.

Training Workshops/Talks

• Develop and deliver engaging nutrition workshops and talks for various audiences.
• Empower individuals and businesses with valuable knowledge to make informed choices.

Creation of Healthier Recipes

• Create nutritious and delicious recipes suitable for various nutrition programs.
• Ensure recipes align with dietary guidelines and health objectives.

Recipes Vetting and Enhancement

• Evaluate existing recipes for nutritional value and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with F&B partners to enhance menu offerings for healthier choices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a nutritionist, with a track record of delivering excellent nutrition services.
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in nutrition and dietetics.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and deliver impactful workshops/talks.
• Willingness to travel island-wide to interact with clients and partners.
• Commit a minimum of 4 hours a day (weekdays), 20 hours per week.

Job Description

• Lead Project planning and project management. Oversee project execution, monitor site progress and ensure on-time completion of projects

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and latest WSH Act provisions at all times

• Ensure cost control and project completion within budget, utilization of resources and schedule

• Liaise with client's representatives with regards to all site matters, attend site meeting if required.

• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

• Recognize and solve potential problems and evaluate project/program effectiveness.

• To lead and mentor the team by setting in place guidelines and procedures, providing advice and supervision

• Identify and resolve operational problems and minimize delays

• Familiar with Authority submissions and regulatory requirements

• Ensure site team of engineers, supervisors, foremen and workers comply with client and regulatory requirements

• To assist management in monitoring the effectiveness of the risk control measures

• To recommend appropriate risk control measures to reduce or eliminate the risk identified assessment

• Together with QS department to award sub-contractor

• Assist in ac-hoc tender for technical proposal submission

Requirement

• Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or equivalent

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as in a team environment

• Able to work under pressure with high initiative and meeting timelines

• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in Construction Industry

• Able Understand & doing AutoCAD Drawing

Element has an opportunity for an Associate Engineer to join our rapidly expanding team. In this role, you will perform a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under minimal direct supervision.

This role is based in Sungei Kadut Loop, Singapore.

Job Duties:

• Provide technical and engineering leadership, and supports the development of new technologies within a local laboratory and be accountable for accurate and timely release of testing data to customers including sign-offs of quality control data as acceptable
• Be expected to obtain guidance in non-routine situation testing and have the ability to oversee standard and/or routine technical problem solving activities
• Interact with customers on technical issues and questions and provide Input and support on business development opportunities with new or existing customers
• Be confident in making both formal and informal presentations on conventional and/or routine testing to a wide range of stakeholders and assist in the professional development of novice technicians and engineers within the local laboratory and carry out crucial examination and implementation of testing concepts and data
• Utilize an assortment of skill, methods, procedures and materials in advanced testing analysis and be adept at drawing on internal knowledge as well as industry and/or academic resources in reaching testing conclusions

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor Degree in Materials Science, Materials Engineering or Civil Engineering
• Have a minimum of 2 years’ pertinent post degree engineering experience, or advanced academic/professional qualifications
• Possesses a demonstrated ability to apply academic knowledge within the context of Element’s business and working knowledge of laboratory safety
• In-depth understanding of testing concepts
• Can analyze and compiles testing data from the tests performed
• Possess strong computer skills

· Administers Submittal Review process between Subcontractors/Suppliers and design team.

Requirements

· Able to understand electrical drawing, specifications and requirements skills and experience required.

· Degree in Electrical engineering or diploma holder with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

· Worked in on A & A projects and/or Design and Build in various type of projects with different nature.

· Technically competent across the full range of electrical systems, ELV System, Project Lighting, Building Intelligent System and relevant skill set and competencies.

· Proven track records of successful project completion on time and on budget.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all level of staff.

· Possess the relevant safety certifications like SCWSH / BCSS.

· Ability to coordinate and communicate with relevant site people to execute work Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
