We have an opportunity for Process and Equipment Engineer at our R&D centre based in Singapore.

Roles and Responsibilities

The applicant will be assigned to Engineering Team and will be involved in R&D projects in a laboratory environment and semi-industrial field piloting. The applicant will

· Develop Basic Engineering Package and/or Front End Engineering Design (FEED) packages

· Develop specification and data sheet for skid, unit operation, and integration with plant.

· Process and sizing calculation to meet design requirement.

· Develop control philosophy, safety interlock, and quality control.

· Develop technical specification and RFQ to support equipment procurement.

· Able to lead on FAT, installation, and commissioning of equipment by working closely with customer, contractor, and equipment fabricator.

· Work closely with operation team to develop SOP and safety protocol on site.

· Prepare project costing, proposal, and report.

Requirements and Qualifications

· B.Sc. or equivalent experience in chemical engineering or related field.

· 2-3 years of experience in chemical industries and/or separation technologies is preferred.

· Able to handle chemicals, perform HAZOP analysis, and with strong safety awareness.

· Good knowledge of problem-solving and project management.

· Strong communication skills and report writing.
