We are part of the Global Collection Team. We are a very dynamic and fun loving team and good at what we do ā collecting money! We also provide support to our internal customers - Sales, Sales Finance, Account Management, Order Management and Customer Service besides our external customers.
About the Role, You Will:
Ā· Ensure customers pay within agreed credit terms timeframe, including customer liaison, conduct detailed research, account reconciliation to resolve disputes.
Ā· Weekly cash forecasting
Ā· Liaise with Sales for sales forecast and to resolve issues, relating to invoices.
Ā· Perform periodic financials analysis and credit reviews.
Ā· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Ā· Work closely with all levels of customer and internal contacts within the Company.
Ā· Meet performance metrics and participate in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance testing.
Ā· Provide general administrative support as and when necessary.
Ā· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager.

Your Experience Includes:
ā¢ Knowledge of SAP.
ā¢ Working knowledge of advanced Excel a must.
ā¢ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and PowerPoint).
ā¢ Proficient in both English and Chinese as would need to communicate with internal and exteral customers.
