Job Scope:

• Responsible for smooth logistics activity, warehousing transportation, and shipping by closely communicate with internal and external parties
• Deliver stock from warehouse to outlets
• Warehouse duties such as unloading goods from containers & arranging them
• Inventory Management (Receiving, checking, ordering and counting of stocks from suppliers), ensure warehouse is arranged in an orderly manner
• Operate Pallet Jack and Pallet Stacker to keep warehouse neat and tidy
• Assist Driver to unload goods to the outlets. Deliver stocks such as lid and cups, bbt stocks, take away boxes etc.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety for the warehouse area
• Liaise with freight forwarder and handing import shipment documents
• In charge of financial month end & year end physical stocks take listing
• Data Entry for billing to related Takagi Ramen / Takagi Food / Daichi Kitchen

Working Hours and Salary:

• 6 days
• $3,500 - $4,000

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in the relevant role
• Experience working in F&B industry will be advantageous
• Physically fit. Able to do heavy lifting
• Team player and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and meticulous with details
• Preferably with Class 4 Driving License is an added advantage
• Able to start immediately or within short notice
• Singaporean / PRs only

1. To produce, administer and manage company accounts (JB & Singapore)

2. Handle AP/AR/GL transactions & Checking

3. Work and coordinate with Project Department on matters relating to claims submission, payments aging, etc;

4. Assist Finance & HR Manager in carrying out yearly process compliance audits to ensure that internal controls adhere;
