RESPONSIBILITIES
You will work with the People & Organisation Development (P&OD) team in the following areas:
- Support the work of mapping and digitising key HR process flows as part of an ongoing exercise to enhance and improve workflow
- Assist in data gathering, analysis, and visualisation to support HR work
- Assist in updating personnel data using our HRIS and SharePoint systems
- Support the coordination and execution of core people development programmes such as onboarding, offboarding, new hires orientation, leadership development training, etc
- Help organise staff engagement and new hire orientation programmes
- Provide support in ad-hoc events/projects e.g. recruitment activities, system reviews for HRIS, L&D, competencies/JD library, etc.
As part of the learning, you will get to:
- participate in and observe running of core programmes by the P&OD team
- receive on-the-job training on HR processes
- familiarise yourself with the operations and configuration of key HR systems
- learn more about the broad spectrum of social services within the context of Care Corner's work
- interact with social service professionals, including interaction with senior leaders and visit some of our centres.
QUALIFICATIONS
Min. Diploma in Business/HR.
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Initiative, willing to learn and a team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Internship Period: 3 to 6 months (5-day work week preferred); able to commence in Jan 2025
