• Liaise with contractors and PE to ensure proper maintenance work is carried out
• Liaise with Pest Control and Grass Cutting Contractors timely
• Ensure the documents and reports are completed and submitted on time
• Develop a training program to build up the team's capability
• Ensure and comply with Safe work practices at all times
• Drive a continuous improvement program
• Carry out any other work-related job as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Diploma in engineering/facility
• Minimum of 1 years of supervisory experience in facility management
• Have strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with good hands-on technical knowledge
