Job Description:

• Involve in Site Management.
• Heading a team of site supervisors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate works, liaise with clients and consultants. Ensure overall construction progress base on schedule.
• Enforcement of quality control and safe management control.
• Keeping site staff and subcontractors informed on approved materials & latest drawings.
• Coordination of different trades on site.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge in residential & commercial building installation works.
• Knowledge in design skills and usage of AutoCAD/ Revit will have added advantage.
• Those familiar with HDB projects will have added advantage.
• Applicants without relevant qualification must have minimum 2 years' experience in similar capacity.
• Training provided for fresh graduates with no experience.

Job Description & Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Good design and installation knowledge of electrical in residential & commercial buildings.
• With strong leadership skill, ability to be agile, can adapt quickly to change and pivot, high level intiative, project management and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant working experience and proven track records in Singapore.
• Fluent in spoken English.
• Preferably with Class 3 driving license.

Responsible for processing monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A submission and processing labour cost.

Perform general administrative duties and manage onboarding/offboarding processes Handle work passes administration i.e. application, renewal and cancellation Handle Factory Converted Dormitory issues Handle foreign workers time card report Administer employees leave, attendance, welfare and benefits Assist in HR matters in manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits and performance management exercise.

Submission of all government claims

Prepare monthly HR reports, and prepare year end HR budgeting report Support in developing and implementation of HR policies and procedures Assist in handling employee disciplinary issues and grievances Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

Required language(s): English, Mandarin to be able to assist Mandarin speaking employees on HR guidelines At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.

Preferably experience in Construction Company.
