Job Description: We are seeking a talented AI Engineer with a passion for artificial intelligence and machine learning to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI development, a deep understanding of data integration, and a desire to push the boundaries of what's possible with AI technology. The role requires someone who can make data relevant and important for customers by understanding, integrating, presenting, and reporting data in meaningful ways.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing AI models and algorithms.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI services and platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Role

As a Fullstack Engineer, you will develop, maintain, and support a complex modern web application (Angular/React/Nest.JS). You will gain experience in the latest concepts, technologies, and modern frameworks such as Typescript, Docker, AWS.

· Work on multiple software engineering projects, both frontend and backend.

· Provide guidance and technical expertise for architecture, and technical decisions on building web applications.

· Raise and document non-functional requirements.

· Unblock the team when complex technical issues arise, using pair programming, conducting RCAs, and getting deep into the codebase.

· Review design, code and write tests to ensure high quality.

· Coach and mentor individuals to grow within the company and improve in both productivity and quality.

· Collaborate within the Engineering team to align technical solutions.

· Collaborate with the Product team to execute the roadmap and ensure a great user experience.

· Identify and escalate potential risks to stakeholders while proposing solutions to address them.

· Perform hands-on coding.

What We’re Looking For

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or the equivalent.

· 4+ years of experience in fullstack engineering.

· 2+ years of hands-on coding experience using Typescript.

· 2+ years working on modern frontend stack (e.g. React, Angular, View).

· Proven expertise in building APIs (e.g. Rest, GraphQL) and complex UI/UX with real-time data and complex state management.

· Proven expertise with Git, Unit Tests and Integration tests.

· Experience with SQL and DB schema.

· Experience with CI/CD pipeline (setup / configuration), Docker and AWS (ECS, SQS, RDS).

· Experience in designing architecture for web application.

· Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (such as SCRUM, TDD, BDD).

· Good knowledge of best practices, software engineering patterns and how to apply them.

• Provide full recruitment support to new and existing clients
• Perform research and understand clients and their industries well
• Source for suitable candidates via networking, social media, advertising, and referrals

• Create profiling of the suitable candidates to be proposed to the engaged clients for consideration
• Provide professional advice to clients and candidates to manage the expectation
• Coordination of interview arrangements between clients and candidates
• Conduct reference checks on candidates on behalf of clients
• Coordinate and negotiate salary offers on behalf of clients and candidates
• Perform post-recruitment follow-up with clients and candidates
• Work closely with different teams to fulfill client's needs

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a client-facing role will have a distinct advantage
• Non-experienced are welcome to apply as training will be provided
• The portfolio (by job functions basis) assigned will be determined on a mutual agreement basis
