Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Work closely with the Directors, Managing Directors and senior leadership team to develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's goals.
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that strategic objectives are being met.

Operational Management:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery, including food preparation, logistics, customer service, and event execution.
• Collaborate with department heads (e.g., operations, sales, marketing, finance) to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Manage special projects, such as new service launches, expansion into new markets, or major event planning.

Leadership & Team Development:

• Mentor and support department heads and other team members, providing guidance on best practices and performance improvement.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and high performance.

Communication & Coordination:

• Serve as a point of contact between the Managing Directors and internal stakeholders, managing communication and ensuring alignment of goals.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for the Managing Directors, providing insights and recommendations on business matters.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, strategy sessions, and executive retreats.

Customer & Client Relations:

• Support the Managing Director in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and vendors.

• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, management, or a similar leadership role, preferably within the hospitality or catering industry.
