What you will be working on

You will lead a team of officers responsible for managing the Withdrawal Schemes administration under Account Closure. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with CIO (ICT dept) in the HQ for aligning the entire group strategy, IT governance, security policy etc to Asia Region, and contribute to develop the regional ICT structure as head of Asia ICT Regional Hub. Also compile periodic ICT report to CIO (ICT dept)
• Establish/Implement/Management of ICT strategic planning (including ICT compliance for re-organization of Asia Region) with HQ and group companies belong to Asia Region.
• Draw-up/Implement/Management of various ICT policies/regulations, which includes investment/cost, security, architecture, sourcing, project, ICT service and fixed assets etc.
• To lead and implement, development, maintenance, operation of corporate & business applications such as implementation of SAP in the areas of Accounting etc, and OA related implementation (includes data intelligence, digital signature solutions etc).
• Act as a ICT service manager using service now platform to support all users in Asia Region for incident and request, provide ICT security education with high quality.
• As General Manager, ICT, be diligent in managing team structure, personnel management, and career development support. Requested to work together with other two teams, admin and HR, under the administration department

Requirements:

• Minimum 15-years of hands-on experience in IT related
• Management experience in a regional headquarter
• Hands-on experience in strategic planning which relates to Information System, project management in Business Application, develop, maintenance and operation of Business Application (experience in SAP Public Cloud will be an advantage), developing, maintenance and operation of Business Application Infrastructure (experience in public cloud such as Microsoft Azure, AWS etc), Corporate’s OA (infrastructure business support, such as Office365, PC, iPhone, multifunction device, group companies’ network etc)
• User level support, such as service desk etc. (experience in service now will be an advantage)
• Degree in computer Engineering or equivalent

What You Will Be Doing

The successful candidate will administer and manage SUSS's academic programmes, support examination activities and take charge of the School's student activities as well as external liaisons.

• Coordinate student recruitment activities, school activities and student interviews
• Support examination and assessment-related matters including liaison with programme/external examiners/associate faculties/supervisors, Head of Programme and Examination Administration Department
• Liaise with course writers and developers on course development matters
• Liaise with external partners associated with the programme(s)
• General administrative duties such as collation of data, preparation of reports, information updates
• Organise events for students, marketing, talks, social and promotional events, etc.
• Manage ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements

• Degree holders with 1-2 years' relevant working experience
• Mature, meticulous and possess high level of discretion and integrity
• Effective interpersonal skills with excellent command of written and spoken English
• Resourceful team player who is able to work independently and display initiative
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and analytical skills like Excel spreadsheet computations and do data collation
• Ability to communicate well so as to act as liaison and help reach out to stakeholders, such as industry partners, Associates, and establish leads for new industry partners

Manage your Product Portfolio

· Manage the product life cycle of the portfolio under your care – e.g. price positioning, new launches, costs

· Brainstorm and execute new product development / product roadmap with guidance from the Product Marketing Manager

· Conduct product functionality and quality tests; coordinate with the relevant departments

Brainstorm and Execute Marketing Strategies

· Analyse, compile and define market trends

· Develop and execute GTM strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales, aligning with market needs

· Create and execute marketing assets

Shipping and Administrative Matters

· Manage shipping and compliance tasks, including government compliance and safety certification

Requirements

· Bachelors in Marketing, Communications or similar preferred
