What you will be working on

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive leadership and organisational change initiatives.
• Evaluate and implement leadership and organisation development curriculum across various leadership tiers, aiming to optimise performance in alignment with both business and organisational goals. This involves analysing, designing, and delivering milestone programmes, showing leadership and organisation development initiatives to support the organisation’s objectives.
• Serve as the learning partner for senior management, focusing on tailoring leadership development solutions to address the unique challenges and aspirations of our senior leaders.
• Facilitate development programs for diverse internal stakeholders, ranging from first-time managers to C-level executives.
• Stay up to date of leadership and organisation development practices and approaches, advancement in learning design and technology, as well as issues in public policy and governance.
