Responsibilities:
· Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets within assigned regional territory for satellite communication solutions.
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and increase customer base in the region.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the telecommunications and satellite sectors.
· Identify new business opportunities, including untapped markets, and create strategies to penetrate these markets effectively.
· Lead and manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation, ensuring high conversion rates.
· Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to tailor satellite communication solutions to customer needs and industry requirements.
· Provide technical expertise to customers by delivering product presentations, demonstrations, and responding to RFPs (Requests for Proposals).
· Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge and adjust strategies accordingly.
· Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management.
· Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the satellite communications or telecom industry.
· Strong understanding of satellite communication technologies, products, and services.
· Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with key decision-makers.
