Responsibilities:

• Take off quantities for tender and awarded projects
• Preparation of quotation, cost estimation and proposal
• Sourcing of materials and suppliers
• Sample Board preparation
• Submission of progress claims and site valuations
• Liaise with Main-contractors, subcontractors and site personnel
• Conducting Risk Assessment and preparing Method of Statement
• Other Ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess a Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building / Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Architectural Trade
• Proficient in Ms Office, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook
• Knowledge of project management system or ERP will be an advantage
• Must be able to communicate in English. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an advantage as we have many chinese speaking associates
• Meticulous and organized
• Independent, a team player, and able to work under tight timeline

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
• Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
• Generating new business leads.
• Increasing brand awareness and market share.
• Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
• Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Managing the marketing department's staff.
• Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
• Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
• Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.

Marketing Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
• A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
• At least two years' experience as a marketing manager.
• Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing and Bitrix24.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.

1. Able to do PLC, HMI, programming with Mitsubishi and Omron brand.

2. Experience in handling Mitsubishi and Omron product servo motor products.

3. Understanding and being able to design automation electrical circuits.

4. Hard working and able to work hands on.
