• Write and Read Simple English
• Able to maintain equipment and machines

Requirements

· NTC/NITEC Related technical skills certification

· Experience in Precision Engineering / Tool Making

· Possess basic proficiency in English to operate EDM machines programmed in English

Marketing

• Plan, implement and monitor events calendar for positive brand building through promotional activities
• Develop Marketing plans for the Brand(s) and attain necessary approvals prior to execution. The Marketing Plan must have an ROI indicated for every initiative (where possible).
• Business planning and strategy: develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business objectives and strategies.
• Oversee and handling day to day operations.
• Visiting external customers, retailers, wholesalers. Maintaining exciting customers and expending new potential customers.
• Meet or achieved yearly sales target set by Company management.
• Manage Company marketing budget and expenses.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• The Company reserves the right to second you to any of our related company (included overseas company) to perform any duties assigned to you.
• Experience in the marine & offshore industry in Southeast Asia is an advantage.
