· Improve capital spend forecast accuracy with site Planning/Procurement/Facilities

· Monitor actual spend performance vs projection for current and upcoming quarter with target variance of < +- 5%

· Monitor and understand with site partners on the reasons for unexpected capital spend changes across fiscal year

· Work with site partners to ensure accurate planning and supplier delivery date data inside Capital Asset Lifecycle Management (CALM)

· Highlight any potential cashflow reduction or savings opportunities
