The Calibration Lab Technician is responsible for performing calibration, testing, and verification of equipment and instruments in the areas of dimensions, mass, force, and torque. The role ensures adherence to strict quality and regulatory standards to maintain precision and accuracy in measurements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform calibration and verification of measuring instruments and devices related to dimensions, mass, force, and torque in laboratory or client site as required.
• Operate and maintain precision instruments, including micrometers, weights, force gauges, torque testers, and dimensional tools etc.
• Conduct routine testing and quality checks on lab equipment.
• Prepare detailed calibration certificates and reports in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
• Maintain accurate calibration records and ensure traceability to national or international standards.
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of calibration equipment and the lab environment.
• Troubleshoot, repair and adjust instruments as necessary to meet calibration specifications.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with all relevant quality management systems.
• Stay updated on industry standards and methodologies related to calibration.
• Work collaboratively with engineers and other team members to meet customer requirements.

• Responsible for handling general office reception and administration duties including managing office supplies such as stationaries, pantry
• Manage phone calls, managing incoming/outgoing mail and maintaining an organized, clean office environment
• Provide direct administrative support including email correspondence, generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, reports etc.
• Maintain filing system, contact database, employee list and inventories, stock etc
• Any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned

Responsibilities:

• Solution Selling for Mobile & Web Application.
• Identify and develop sales opportunities in Singapore market.
• Develop plans and sales strategies to increase branding and market share.
• Prepare sales presentations and solution demonstration.
• Prepare Sales proposal.
• Work with Marketing team to develop sales campaigns to target vertical industry.
• Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenue and generate timely sales report.

Job requirements:

• Experience in Software Solution Selling
• Good working attitude and communication skills.
• Minimum 4 years Software Sales experience
• IT background preferred.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Drive development across multiple products and projects for web and mobile applications.
• Involved in the entire SDLC – requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment and support.
• Maintain and enhance existing web/mobile applications.
• Writing functional specification document based on requirements gathering.
• Adopt the best security practices for deployment of the proposed business solutions.
• To conduct user acceptance training with operational guides document.
• To participate in the training of internal stakeholders and external clients / partners in the mobile platform when required.

Requirement, Technical Skills:

• Working experience in Web / Mobile Development involving both front-end and back-end applications.Skillset: Java, ReactJS/VueJS,Javascript and SQL.
• Familiar with Mobile App and Web Applications best practices.
• Familiar with Web Services (REST/SOAP) development and deployment.
• Familiar with code versioning tools such as Git.
• Possess excellent communication, sharp analytical abilities with proven design skills, able to think critically of the current system in terms of growth and stability.
• Familiarity with best practices in software development and IT security.
• Willing to learn, good attitude and team player with strong communication skills.

Optional - Requirement, Technical Skills:

• Experience in iOS Swift and Android mobile app is preferred.
• Experience in Hybrid mobile (ReactNative, Cordova…) development is preferred.
• Working knowledge in Azure Services preferred.
• Experience in DevOps environment would be a plus.
